Users may engage with it at their own risk.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights associated with Manav, including character designs, animations, and dialogue, are owned by Tech Mahindra.

TechM, including but not limited to its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, subcontractors, and licensors, makes no warranties (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise) or guarantees with respect to the uninterrupted or secure functionality and/or data provided and disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party, and quiet enjoyment. This includes no warranty that Manav will be free from any errors, defects, or viruses, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or trade usage.
  7. TechM reserves the right at all times to update or modify the Manav’s functionality and its terms without any prior notice.
  8. Users understand, acknowledge, and consent that all the queries raised with Manav and its response(s) shall be retained in TechM’s server for internal business reasons, including services improvement & enhancement and/or for audit purposes.
  9. Users acknowledge that Manav doesn’t encourage and/or require feeding personal data in any manner whatsoever (directly or indirectly), and TechM takes no guarantee and/or any legal obligation for protection/security of such unrequired personal data by the user.
